Is your cash flow running on thin ice? How do you know? We often get caught up in our company’s day-to-day operations, putting out operational fires that seem to spring up throughout the day, and focus on generating cash flow to make payroll and keep the lights on. Unfortunately, this sometimes leads to less attention being paid to back-office processes that keep the company from running efficiently, and sometimes important decisions begin to be made by less qualified employees that negatively affect your cash flow and ultimately, your banking relationship.

If you feel you’re having more difficult conversations with your banker about your business loan, then that may be the moment when your “cash flow ice” begins to break, and that’s the moment when you reach out to Green Zone Capital Advisors to discuss options.

We want to hear your story. We want to understand your cash flow dilemma, and we want to provide a strategic action plan to get you the capital required to support your company’s growth. Rest assured that we will put our resources to work to build a strategic plan and recommend a capital provider that aligns with your capital goals. It’s important to us that your company is positioned correctly to the right capital provider on the first introduction. Please take a moment and read why First Impressions Are Important to Lenders and how Green Zone can best position you for success.

By the way… Our CEO took this picture and spoke to the person ice fishing. The ice was nearly 18” thick and safe to fish on at that moment. An hour later though, the ice formed several cracks, which began to separate, and the person fishing had no idea because he was focused on the hole in the ice (much like our operations) and wasn’t paying attention to the issues that were ensuing around him causing the ice to separate.
